The world is constantly changing. This is inexorable, and the direction and speed of this change are not consciously decided by any single group of people!
The way we relate to each other—between people, between companies, between people and the environment—is the result of diverse and disparate factors that cannot always be linked or predicted, such as epidemics, pandemics, nature, economic crises, social progress, technological innovations, new knowledge, and values, among others.
These external factors have brought us to a scenario where old concepts must be revisited to determine where change is needed. This allows us to align the aspirations of the people who live, work, consume, and interact with this living ecosystem that is a company.
People are its soul – Business owners, employees, suppliers, and everyone interacting within an economic chain are exactly that – people! Therefore, their desires, needs, strengths, and difficulties must be taken into account in every analysis, every implementation, or technical task!
The Mitup vision for this approach goes beyond the “360 Management” applied to different areas of a company: people, processes, and resources are complementary and inseparable parts of this integrated approach. And as we know that every company and every employee is unique, the proportion of these variables composes the “360” in a very peculiar and specific way in each business!
Furthermore, external events have shown the world that people and businesses must be able to coexist even if they do not share the same physical space. Every business must be, within its peculiarity and possibility, work everywhere! Remote work is a reality. And it can be applied in various ways and with different scopes within the same company. From a tech company with 100% of its workforce being remote, to small businesses that use shared remote resources for non-core functions!
Modern companies need to be adaptable to modern needs. And this starts from the principle that a company must operate as lean and flexible as possible! Focusing on what makes the company what it is, coordinating people wherever they are, and ready for the rapid changes that are more than necessary.
